    论坛目的

       本论坛始建于2017年8月,旨在为从事交通工程与交通管理研究的一线青年学者提供纯学术交流平台,达到增进了解,推动合作的目的。

     

    活动主体

       以“交通工程与管理青年学者论坛”微信群内成员为主体


    活动模式

       1. 日常:参与微信群沟通

       2. 偶尔:参与TTT活动*

       3. 年度:参与群体会议

       注:微信群成员有积极参与以上活动的义务


    进入机制

       基本准则为:具有足够学术热情以及学术水平、愿意与其他成员沟通的青年学者;且同一学校、团队的成员不宜过多   

       进入流程如下:

       (1) 个人申请或推荐。为保持论坛的学术性,(原则上)申请人一作/通信论文影响因子之和需达到30

       (2) 现有成员匿名投票。为保证申请人的活跃程度,赞成票需超过群内人数的2/3


    退出机制

       两年至少参加一次年会,否则自动退出。因特殊原因属实无法落实,可考虑在群内或年会上通过网络进行报告

    * TTT活动模式介绍

       独创TTT(Team To Team)模式,即小团队、点对点、轻量级出访的学术交流模式,可概括为如下十六字:

       自发组织:依托“交通工程与管理青年学者论坛”交流群,由成员自主协商确定访问双方

       自主安排:访问日程由发起访问双方自由协商确定,不做统一安排。建议为:若干个人组团访问另一团队,周五互做报告,周六日自由活动

       自愿参与:访问双方敲定日程后,需在群内公示,其他会员可根据自身情况选择参与。原定双方不得拒绝,但参与方也无权要求更改日程

       自筹经费:访问双方需在平等自愿的基础上自行解决访问经费

  • 年会指南

     

    年会组织原则:“内方外圆”

       “内方”:高水平的学术性、以论坛学者为主体

       “外圆”:与承办方合作,进行适度宣传


    年会时间安排

       每年四月中旬,会期一天,建议为周六。

       “交通工程与管理青年学者论坛”组委会成员,即微信群成员


    年会基本安排

       参会人员(包括组委会成员与其他与会者)费用自理,承办方可根据自身情况提供支持

       为简化组织、加强沟通,可考虑以工作餐形式(盒饭)向所有与会者提供午餐


    承办申请指南

       1. 一年江南、一年江北

       2. 备选单位申请、组委会初筛确定备选单位(倾向组委单位、有基础有知名度的单位)

       3. 通过抽签,决定最后的承办单位

       4. 承办单位须在会议召开当年的前一年末(11月、12月)确定

    贾宁报告:A day-to-day traffic dynamic model with asymmetric inertia and preferences: An experimental study Abstract: Day-to-day (DTD) traffic dynamic systems have attracted much attention recently as a powerful tool to describe the evolution of network flows over time. A number of DTD models adopting various behavioral principles have been proposed, but for most of them, either their assumptions are introduced without empirical evidence in transportation or their parameters are not yet calibrated by field or experiment data. This study is based on from a set of laboratory experiments designed to discover human subjects’ route-choice patterns in congestible parallel-route networks. First, we find a few behavioral patterns inconsistent with classic theoretical assumptions, including the probabilistic choice, choice inertial and asymmetric preferences regarding the capacity of routes. Accordingly, a deterministic DTD model is proposed inspired by the behavioral patterns and proved to have a unique equilibrium state and a stable evolution process. The results of model calibration indicate that the model can fully reproduce the experimental observations, including equilibrium network flows and the switching rates of travelers. This work probably contributes to better understanding of actual commuters’ route-choice behavior and the day-to-day evolution of network flows.
